ATTENTION CUSTOMERS :

While we strive to make our customers happy here at UBI the return policy is as follows:

• Any defect in an item reported within 3 days of reciept will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of notification.  Pictures will need to be emailed to shopubiowa@gmail.com and items returned.
• Jeans are pre-ordered to size and are NONREFUNDABLE
• Graphic Tees are ordered per customer and are NONREFUNDABLE
• Any Pre Ordered Item is NONREFUNDABLE
• ELECTRONICS, ACCESSORIES, & SHOES are NONREFUNDABLE 
• SALE & Seasonal Items are NONREFUNDABLE/NONRETURNABLE
• All other items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. 

 

• You must notify shopubiowacustomerservice@gmail.com within the 7 days.  All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, as it came to you.
• It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back with tracking and if applicable a new shipping charge will be assessed for items shipped back.
